KULTlog is an independent platform that lets you track, rate, and discuss media including music, games, anime, films, books, and perfumes. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or harmful to others
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service
• Spam, flood, or disrupt the experience of other users

You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, comments, ratings). By posting, you grant KULTlog a non-exclusive license to display that content as part of the service.

We may remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

KULTlog is an independent project operated by a single developer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
